DETAILS:
At the top of the Player Support Post will be one top level comment for bugs and errors, and another top level comment for player questions. Player Support mod is responsible for answering any questions players ask in the latter.
Player Support also handles requests from Inactive players to be listed as Active again. A returning player needs to still have their activity log and inventory intact to be eligible for reactivation.
To edit a player's active status, on the sidebar of the staff portal, you'll choose Dashboard >> People >> Members. From there, go to the Inactive tab. Find the player you need to edit, and click the green gear button on the right side of their row. In the edit page you'll find a dropdown menu to change the player's status.
Players can also submit new level badge sets at Player Support, and can spend vouchers to change their website icon. These things have to be change by a website admin, so you'll pass these updates along to Website Updates.
Try to keep up to date with Player Support at least once a week.

Important! I have found that editing in Rich Text Editor breaks the forms box that players need to copy their forms from.
To prevent this, ONLY edit in Casual HTML mode.
